The initial consultation is where the excitment begins and can take place via phone, video or face to face, dependant on your circumstances and schedule. Although face to face consultation is best, due to COVID-19 this form of consultation is limited. Never the less, social distancing and COVID-19 regulations are in place, so you have nothing to worry about. Please keep to hand a measuring tape and room measurments.
During the consultation the designer will take on board all your ideas and what you want to achieve out of the service. As well as, gaining an insight into the personality of the space users to ensure a more personal touch to your design.
